 Sending a heart emoji to a girl without her consent in Kuwait can be jailed for 2 years and fined 2,000 dinars.


According to Arab media, sending a heart emoji to a girl on WhatsApp or social media in Kuwait will be considered a punishable offense of incitement to indecency. Which can be punished with 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of 2 thousand Kuwaiti dinars.


It should be remembered that in February of last year in Saudi Arabia, it was announced to impose a fine of 100,000 Saudi Riyals with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years in prison for sending heart emojis.


In Saudi Arabia, for repeatedly committing this crime, the fine can be increased to 3 lakh riyals and the prison sentence can be 5 years.


Even in Saudi Arabia, sending a heart emoji is considered harassment.
